Reflection #3r1: State Standards

Having explored the History/Social Science Standards for your state, you will now identify one specific standard that will serve as the focus of your research and project later in the course.

As you complete modules 4-6 of the course and explore a wide variety of instructional support resources, you will be collecting bookmarks/favorites related to the standard you have selected.

As you hone your online research skills in Module 8, you will be searching for additional web resources related to the standard that you have selected.

Include a paragraph telling why you selected this particular standard and what you hope to find in the modules that follow.

Click on the discussion board link in the navigation bar above and open the SOC 949 Web Discussion Board. Click on Module 3: State Standards. Read the archived messages and post your message in the Add Your Message Here box at the bottom of the page.

Reminders: You will need to enter your Username and Password to post the message. Posting a message on the web board is always a two step process. Simply clicking the first Preview/Post Message button does not "publish" the message.
