Course Completion Procedures - Updated 6.22.11

First... Send your completed projects and logbook to me. If you used the recommended digital logbook, you will send the logbook to me as an email attachment.

If you used the optional hard-copy logbook, you will need to mail it to me in the envelope that was included with your course materials. Be sure to affix sufficient postage on the envelope.

I will acknowledge receipt of your Projects and Logbook within 48 hours. After you have received that notification message, you will utilize the University website to submit your grade form online.

After logging in to your account on the University website, click on the Submit Grade Form link on the left navigation bar. Follow the on-screen instructions to electronically submit your grade form. The University computer system will notify me when you have done that.

I will evaluate your Logbook and your Projects and will submit your grade to the University for processing. I will notify you via email when I have done that.

The Official Grade Report will be issued by Fresno Pacific University and mailed directly to you. See the information packet that was included in your course material for more details.
