Exploration #5e3: Virtual Field Trips & Exhibitions

In this exploration, your will explore a number of virtual field trip and virtual exhibition sites. While these will never fully replace the traditional classroom field trip, they do offer an engaging way to expand the walls of the classroom.

Note: Many of these sites require a relatively fast computer with lots of memory, a broadband internet connection and web browser viewers or plug-in's (additional software that you download to your computer). If you do not have the required viewers or plug-in's and do not feel comfortable with downloading and installing software or your computer/internet connection is too slow, you may have to skip this assignment.
