Upon completing the course, you will need to mail your logbook and the triplicate Fresno Pacific University Grade Report Forms to your instructor in the self-addressed, stamped envelope that was enclosed with your course materials packet.

Regular Mailing Address:

Express Mail / FedEx

If you feel you must use Express Mail or FedEx, please address the envelope to my office address. This will insure that someone will be available to sign for the envelope.

Certified Mail:

Bear in mind that certified mail requires a signature upon receipt. If I am not home when your certified mail arrives, it may take several days to arrange redelivery or a Post Office pickup. A preferred option would be to use the US Priority Mail Delivery Receipt Service which documents delivery but does not require a signature.
